NEW ARRIVAL
SADLER 34/235
BROKER NOTE
Cornish Gold is one of the latest yachts built by Sadler International in 1992 and she has the benefit of the Stephen Jones design deep fin keel - this is an efficient shape with low centre of gravity and provides a considerably enhanced windward performance.

Present owners since 1998 have introduced many recent upgrades, including:
• New Beta 30 engine in 2017 (132 hours);
• Raymarine electronics including Evolution pilot, E7 Plotter, AIS and i70 instruments;
• Fully- battened mainsail, 135% genoa and asymmetric cruising chute with snuffer;
• Recent canvas work and upgraded halyards, with reefing led aft, plus a wind generator;
• Attractive interior with recent upholstery, Neptune 4500, refrigerated icebox;
In excellent condition, this is one of the best 34s we have recently dealt with, equipped with well-selected equipment and lovingly cared for! - what more can you ask?

OWNER THOUGHTS
Sadlers have been in the family since 1983 when my father took delivery of a Sadler 26 bare hull and spent the next few years fitting it out even having a four page article on it in Sailing Today. My parents purchased Cornish Gold in 1998 in Falmouth on their Golden Wedding anniversary hence Cornish Gold! They used it and loved it for many years travelling the South Coast, Belgium, Holland, France and the Channel Islands. My father being a design engineer loved maintaining and improving the boat almost as much as sailing it!

I took the boat over about 6 years ago moving it to Port Solent from Ipswich. I have continued the improvements adding a wind generator, new engine, Genoa and Raymarine instruments to bring it right up to date. She is great to sail and easily controllable in wind conditions other boats would start to become a handful and very fast on all points of sail.

I hope the boat will continue to be enjoyed, looked after and loved.
