Benevento is a particularly attractive and well-maintained example of this well known Sadler 32 class of yacht.
She has been professionally maintained and serviced during the past 15 years of ownership and used exclusively for family cruising.
The hull bottom was epoxied 15 years ago and still in good condition, standing rig replaced 2015/16 with new Harken furler and mast inspection.
Sails regularly laundered and latest equipment includes new fuel tank, flexible water tank, Raymarine ST60 (log and depth).

The general condition of Benevento has been maintained as good, commensurate with her age. This is realistically reflected in the asking price. We have many years sailing experience and have properly maintained her for the purpose for which she has been used.
Benevento is lying afloat and has not yet undergone her winter refit.
She is equipped to a good standard for cruising purposes although the new owner may wish to continue with the incremental refurbishment, replacement and addition of various items from time to time to suit their own requirements as has been the case with ourselves.
The GRP light blue hull, deck and superstructure is offset with timber deck and cockpit trim and the fit out below. The hull was epoxy treated in 1994 and the recent insurance survey confirmed it in good condition. She has been wintered ashore and not raced. The fin keel with skeg rudder allows her to sail well to windward. She is a good sailing yacht and therefore the engine has not been over used.
The mast was checked over when the standing rigging was replaced.
Benevento has been well maintained by all her owners – previously kept in Plymouth she has been in Chichester Harbour for 15 years cruising the channel and Solent waters. She has never been raced and has been wintered ashore.
Benevento has been well maintained during every season and over the winter with repairs and renewals as required. She has been lifted out every winter. She has not been used as a racing boat and indeed her usage has not been significant over the years cruising mainly in the Solent area. She sails well and whilst no record has been kept of engine hours that has not been used excessively. Servicing of skin fittings, winches, toilet etc is carried out every winter.
Every winter the engine is winterized and then recommissioned. Any remedial work is carried out prior to the new season. The engine runs well and is reliable.
The Harken headsail roller reefing and standing s/s rigging was all renewed for the 2015 season (insurance recommendation after 10 years). The furling genoa was checked and slightly modified compatible with the new roller reefing.
2 new batteries were installed in 2016, the mast was rewired with new VHF antenna and LED anchor/ tri light and deck plugs and LED pulpit nav lights.
A new s/s boarding ladder and new genoa sheets were rigged for 2019 season. The Raymarine ST60 TriData was factory fitted and the echo transducer replaced. The speed transducer was replaced in 2019.
The original steel fuel tank has been replaced with a plastic tank.
The original water tanks and water pump have been replaced.
The sail cover was replaced in 2016.
