Sadler 32

Sadler 32

£9,500 VAT paid

Built: 1980
Currently lying: Torquay, UK - United Kingdom

Broker Notes
Zippa is a good example of the much admired Sadler 32 class - built in 1980 to the usual robust Sadler standards, there are a number of upgrades fitted such as a Yanmar 3YM20 G and new Harken furing, with a recent no.1 genoa.
Purchased by the present owner some 5 years ago, from an elderly couple who had gently cruised her, Zippa provides for safe short-handed cruising and comfortable living afloat.
Electronics are adequate, with recent VHF, autopilot and small radar.
Interior layout provides for splendid galley with recent Vanessa cooker, comfortable berths, Jabsco toilet and varnish in good condition.
Reason for selling is that the Vendor has a demanding job with much foreign travel and reluctantly has to cease yacht ownership for the next few years.
We have a recent Survey, which has detected some osmosis, which is defined as non-structural and there are a fair number of repairs identified, which could be handled by a practical owner, such as 'p' bracket and deck finish - otherwise in fairly good order.
The owner has instructed us now to sell to the first buyer to offer a realistic purchase price reasonably close to this much reduced asking price of £9,500.
