Sadler 29

Sadler 29

£17,900 VAT paid

Built: 1988
Currently lying: Thornham Marina (nr.Chichester), , UK - United Kingdom

Curlew is a carefully maintained fin keel Sadler 29 having had the benefit of two experienced owners during the past few years.
Now fitted with a new Volvo D1-20 last year, including a new Feather Stream three-blade prop.
Standing rig is pre-2008 but rig inspection confirms good condition; also running rig largely replaced and now all led aft.
Main and genoa are both in good condition with a cruising chute, as new.
Electronics are more than adequate with Garmin plotter on swing-arm and AIS installed.
Accommodation is comfortable with good varnish work and cruising equipment upgraded and well maintained.
Owner has already proceeded with his next yacht, being a Sadler 34 and now prepared to consider an offer reasonably close to a reduced asking price of £17,900.
Now ashore for the winter.
Call Mike for further detail.

Owner comments
Curlew's general condition is very good. I have brought her up to a very clean and good condition, however there is a little scope for some further minor cosmetic improvements by the new owner. The rig and sails are in good condition and the propulsion is first class with a new engine and a feathering propeller.

Reason for selling - now moved up to a Sadler 34
